With over 15 years experience, Jay has been involved in construction of hundreds of homes. He takes great pride in having grown his business from the ground up. Watermark Properties was conceived out of the desire to deliver state of the art custom homes using building practices that achieve a superior product. He and his team work closely with every client to construct the home of their dreams. Communication with our customers is the key focus. The ability to understand a client’s vision and then design, construct and build that vision into reality. This is our only goal!
